I am joining in with the Siblings Photography project with Dear Beautiful and the other co-hosts. I am forever taking photos of my girls but I want to have a monthly record of how they change and grow together.
I have to say, catching the two of them together is quite a challenge. They are starting to play alongside each other more but this often results in arguments and tantrums!!
Baby L still idolises her sister and I am sure this will always remain the same. However, the caring nature once shown by Little G is now turning to a competitive streak which often leaves her little sister in tears. Trying to teach them to play nicely will be a challenge over the next few months but hopefully that strong bond they share will shine through in the end.
These photos were taken at my mums last week, showing a rare moment of calm between them. She has a new rug and they both love to lie on it and roll around. The laughter that filled the room was so lovely, showing that they can be friends as well as sisters.

Aww they do look so sweet together - definitely worth persevering to get them in the frame together :)

Your photos made me smile. I'm sure every set of siblings go through patches of squabbling like this, but you wouldn't know it from these lovely shots! x

Thank you Kelly, they have their moments of calm for sure but probably 80% of the time is squabbles haha! x

Lovely photos, my two are very similar, my youngest idolises my son and he loves her but he always seems to get a little too rough with her and she ends up crying, hopefully it's just a phase xx #siblings

It is so hard when they cry as so often you know it is because they are just too small but they still need cuddles, then the oldest feels hard done by! All very tricky!
