Dressing the Girls for Spring/Summer with Next

I have been sorting through all of the girls’ clothes and they are in desperate need of some colour in their wardrobes! Winter will soon be behind us and so we will be saying goodbye to the jumpers and dark colours, making way for the pretty spring summer collections in the shops!

I am also very excited that both girls will be within the same age bracket for most clothes ranges and so I can dress them in coordinating outfits (and of course the odd matching outfit too!). Now that Baby L is walking she is able to wear all sorts of clothes- no worrying about scuffing knees or tripping on dresses. Hooray!

One of our favourite shops is Next, their younger girls range is so cute and I often wish they made the clothes in my size too (I am not alone in this right?).

Here are a few things I have my eye on, mainly a classic look I would say- I am fed up with Minnie Mouse and Peppa Pig!

1. I love to see a little girl in a dress, this gorgeous Broderie Anglaise dress comes in white or green. I might get one of each!
2. How cute are these? I will be getting ‘I am one’ and ‘I am three’ for the girls- children love to say how old they are don’t they?
3. Baby L is my rainbow baby and so this rainbow jumper is just perfect for those chilly spring mornings.
4. Being a blogger’s child means having your photo taken a thousand times a day, I love this selfie t-shirt!
5. Pretty florals are all the rage at the moment, both of mine really suit it so this outfit would look great this season! I love that it comes with matching knickers too!
6. I love shoes and so do both of my girls. Little G picked these out, yellow is her favourite colour so these are a must!
7. I love those toddler chubby legs don’t you? Shorts show them off well so I will make sure both of mine have some of these denim shorts this summer!
8. Once the warmer weather arrives both of mine will be wearing sandals, I love the flower detail on these pretty sandals.

So that is just a few of the things I have my eye on- cute, fun and pretty outfits for both of my girls. It is important that they are comfortable enough to run around the park or jump on our trampoline, all of Next’s clothes are super soft and durable for those slips and falls too which is great!
