We are huge fans of Micro Scooters in this house, with Little G getting a Maxi for her birthday last year. It has made the school run so much easier and means she is happy to go on longer walks as it is fun! Up until now LJ has been happy in her buggy but I have watched her eyeing up her sister’s scooter and with baby coming any day now, she will have to learn to walk more.
When I saw the new Mini Micro Deluxe had come out I knew that it would be perfect for her. She is quite small for her age and so wasn’t quite tall enough for the original Mini Micro. The new Mini Deluxe has an adjustable handle which means she is able to tailor it to her size and have it grow with her! Perfect!
We sat down together to look at the different options and she decided purple was the one she wanted and as long as she could have ribbons on the handles like her sister she would be one happy bunny!
The Floral Dot accessories match the purple Mini Micro Deluxe perfectly and so we got a basket, bell, helmet and of course the all important ribbons!
Honestly I wish I had filmed her reaction when the parcel arrived. To say she was excited was an understatement! She is growing up before my very eyes and her wanting to scoot along just like her sister is just that little step further away from toddlerhood.
The girls have been out as much as they possibly can since it arrived and Little G has been so sweet helping LJ to learn how to lean and steer. They are so intuitive though that it hasn’t taken that long for her to get the hang of it. She just needs to work on her speed now!!
Baby will be here before I know it and with Little G starting school in September I am going to need the pair of them to be zooming off ahead of me so we get there on time. With a few more weeks to practice I think she will be a pro in no time at all!
