Inside: My meal plan for the week beginning 14/01/2019

I always do my meal planning on a Wednesday so that I have plenty of time to get the ingredients I need.

This week I have taken a few recipes from the new WW Freestyle cookbook. I will let you know how I get on and share the recipes as I make them.

Not sure what a Cacciatore is? I didn’t know either so found this recipe. Wikipedia says “Cacciatore means “hunter” in Italian. In cuisine, alla cacciatora refers to a meal prepared “hunter-style” with onions, herbs, usually tomatoes, often bell peppers, and sometimes wine. Cacciatore is popularly made with braised chicken or rabbit.”. Yum!
