I’m going to Britmums

I have seen a few of these floating around Facebook and when I saw Aby, over at You Baby Me Mummy, had done one I thought I best do one too. It is a great idea as actually I am rubbish at recognising people- nobody ever looks like their profile pic do they? Plus, I am really very shy and so will not go up to people so please please come say hello to me if you recognise me!

Is this your first blogging conference?: No, I went to Blogfest last year and recently hopped on a train to attend Blogcamp. First time at Britmums though, I only started a month before last year’s event and seeing everyone’s tweets made me buy my earlybird ticket as soon as they were released.

Are you attending both days?:  Yep!! Cannot wait!!

What are you most looking forward to at BritMums live 2015?: It is funny, the other day I met up with Aby and she took the photos I have used for this post (thanks Aby!) and I was asking what the format is for both days- I totally forgot that there are talks! I am far too excited to see all of my friends!!!

What are you wearing?: A dress, no idea what one though! Am pondering wedges for the Friday but not sure yet.

What do you hope to gain from BritMums LIVE 2015?: I am really looking forward to the whole experience, each blogging event is different so I am excited to see what Britmums will be like. I want to meet brands and work the event for my blog but I am just excited to see friends and enjoy some me time.

Do you have any tips to pass on to others who haven’t been before?: Obviously never having been before I cannot say for Britmums specifically but in general just smile and put your brave face on. Everyone will be feeling nervous and so seeing a smiley face will put others at ease. If you have made some blogging friends then arrange to meet up beforehand, walking in alone can be scary!
