Come on, admit it- you sing along to the theme tune too don’t you? Or is it just me? There is something about those funny little creatures that I am drawn to and of course the girls love them too. I have found myself humming the tune (or singing full pelt in the car) many a time and we all enjoy a little snuggle on the sofa to watch it.
When we were asked whether we would like to have a little play with the Twirly Woos Big Red Boat of course I said yes! For me, one of the best thing about having kids is being able to play with the toys and I love little play sets, doing the voices and acting out with characters is my forte!
The boat is great, it comes with Great Big Hoo and Peekaboo and has plenty of little buttons and pully bits that makes noises.
Peekaboo has his own little hideaway which LJ loves- I think she has claimed him as her own while Little G is in charge of Great Big Hoo. That leaves me with the quacky ducks! They make quacky noises when you twirl them around which is great, just one of the great sounds that the boat plays.
The main interactive part of the toy is the fruit tea machine. You press the little button and the narrator says full when it gets to the top and empty once it all drains away again. Little G must have pressed it about 50 times, watching the fruit tea fill up and drop back down again!
To fully appreciate it I think you need to see and hear it for yourselves though so we have made a short video. My favourite part of course is the them tune! And if you want to buy your own then it is available from Argos. Enjoy!
If you have a Twirly Woos fan on your hands then I have a gorgeous giveaway for you! Peekaboo is my favourite and I have one Cuddly Peekaboo to give away to one lucky reader. All you have to do is complete the widget to be in with a chance of winning. Good luck!
