Having Fun in Lilly + Sid Clothing

I love dressing my girls in beautiful clothes and have always liked buying matching outfits. It isn’t for everybody but to me there is nothing cuter than siblings who match. Something I have recently started doing though, is buying coordinating items, so that they compliment each other while keeping their own personalities.

It is becoming a bit of a tradition that I take a photo of the girls along our garage wall, I love showcasing their outfits whilst seeing how they grow and change over time. This weekend we took full advantage of the sunshine and warmth and took the girls to the park. Little L was too excited to get going and wouldn’t stay still for the photo!

Aren’t their outfits cute? They both have an adorable dotty print but look so different. Little L is wearing the Woven Mix Dress from the Lilly and Sid baby girl range and Little G is wearing the Dotty Playsuit from their girls range (I wish they made it in my size!!).

Lilly and Sid is a British boutique brand, based in London. Their clothes are made from soft cotton and as you can see, their designs are fab! I want one of everything they have on their website, each piece is just lovely!

The playsuit is perfect for Little G, she has always been a rough and tumble kinda girl and so needs something to suit her playful personality. It has such lovely detailing, the L ∗ S label under the button and the cute heart pockets on the leg. It fits perfectly and I can see that it is going to be a favourite outfit. I almost want to get one in the next size up so she can wear it next year too!!

Little L loves wearing dresses, she is much more dainty than her sister and chooses careful activities like picking flowers. She sat and picked these daisies for about 10 minutes before realising that daddy and G had disappeared off to the swings!

I am a big fan of buttons, I love the detailing on the back and the cute layered look with the different print. The good news is, once Little L grows out of the dress, she will inherit the playsuit from her sister. I know it will last that long too, each piece is well made and will keep its colour wash after wash.
