Fuzzikins Dress-up Mega Pack – Review

Inside: Review of the Fuzzikins Dress-up Mega Pack. Includes press samples.

My 6 year old daughter loves anything that involves animals. She also loves anything that can fit into her hand. Anything collectible that can fit into her bag. She is most definitely a collector.

When I first heard about Fuzzikins I knew they would be right up her street because not only are they little animals but they also involve art – her favourite activity!

We were kindly gifted a Fuzzikins Dress-up Mega Pack to review and honestly I am really impressed with them.

The packaging includes areas to colour in which was a nice way to make a feature out of something that usually gets discarded straight away.

Inside the mega pack is a treasure box, a mirror, felt pens and lots of accessories.

Everything can be coloured in, including the treasure box. Everything can be stored away safely inside – another thing that Lily loves to do.

Different sets come with different animals, this pack comes with 6 different creatures and they are all equally as cute.

Lily started off with the bunny and used the felt pens to colour in different features. She started with traditional colouring but soon realised she could decorate them any way she liked.

The accessories can be coloured in too and there are lots to choose from. From hair bands, to capes, to tails.

There are a few wings included and they slide into one of the accessory belts.

William wanted to get involved too and loved creating a superhero with the hippo, mask and cape.

I loved that it didn’t matter how neat the colouring was as everything can be washed off and done again and again.

All you have to do is rinse them in water and the colour comes straight out. Leave them to dry and you can do different designs, different colours and different outfits.

This was my attempt. I found it quite therapeutic actually and enjoyed channelling my creative side with the kids.

Once you are done, everything packs up nicely in the box ready to play with another day.

Such a fun concept being able to make them your own as you can with other colour-in toys. But the fun lies in being able to wash it all off and start again, something that I haven’t come across before. A big hit here and I have already bought and gifted several sets to friends for birthdays as a result!

You can find Fuzzikins packs in Hobbycraft, Smyths Toy Superstore and John Lewis.

I have one Fuzzikins Dress-up Mega Pack to give away to one lucky reader. To be in with a chance of winning, simply complete the form below:
