Regular readers my remember I had a little play with an OXO cookie press a while back. It is a great gadget to have in the kitchen to help make the perfect cookies. It works in a similar fashion to a icing syringe, with each press of the leaver squeezing out more mixture.
The OXO Cookie Press comes with various discs, allowing you to choose the shape you would like to make. Our favourites were the little teddy bears!
As well as the press and the discs, you also get a little booklet with a couple of recipes to try. We tried the butter biscuit mixture and it was delicious!
