Inside: Our day out at World of Dinosaurs, Paradise Wildlife Park
When you get to hear about a new dinosaur attraction just around the corner and you have 3 dinosaur-mad children – you make sure you get yourself down there sharpish, don’t you?
If you live in or around Hertfordshire then you will have undoubtedly heard about Paradise Wildlife Park. Hopefully, you have been there to see what an amazing park it is and love it as much as we do. We always have a fab time, it is the perfect size for little ones and with all 5 of the big cats there is always plenty to see!
On Saturday, we were lucky enough to be invited along to the launch of their new World of Dinosaurs attraction and I can tell you now, it is brilliant!
We were greeted by a real dinosaur – you can see Lils was loving every second haha!
There was also a baby dinosaur waiting for cuddles, the girls both liked meeting him!
There were a few famous faces there for the day too, with Emma Willis and the whole Fletcher family enjoying fun with the dinosaurs. A lifetime goal of meeting Emma Bunton was also realised – such a lovely lady!
As you go in through the gates, you can go left into the walk-around with the dinosaurs or bear right and go into the Dinosaur Dig. All three of mine loved this and had fun dusting away the sand to find dinosaur bones.
Such a great idea to make the whole thing interactive in this way and teach them how bones are discovered.
After a good while of digging, we headed off in search of the dinosaurs. There are 30 life-size, moving and roaring dinosaurs – the girls loved it and Will’s jaw was on the ground the whole way around!
The whole attraction is brilliant, a great addition to an already fantastic park!
Once we had finished looking at all of the dinosaurs, we headed into the rest of the park to see the animals. It is by far our favourite zoo and one that we look forward to visiting again and again. Take a look at our visit last year to see all of the other things you can get up to on a day out at Paradise Wildlife Park and head over to their website to find out more!
Have you been before? Have you got a dinosaur-mad little one that would love World of Dinosaurs too?
We were invited along to the launch but all words and thoughts are my own.
