Whipping Up A Quick Dessert

I don’t often make desserts as to be quite honest they are just too much effort. Having to make a dinner and then start all over again to make another dish is normally something I reserve for special occasions. When I do make desserts I like easy, no fuss recipes – so Hartley’s asked me whether I would like to try out their new Fruit Whips. They say they are ready after 5 minutes- what more could you ask for?

They asked us to create a dessert using fresh fruit and their Fruit Whip sachets, we love to try new things and Little G especially loves to be in the kitchen. Her job was to cut the fruit using little heart cutters, bit messy but she enjoyed eating the scraps!

Once the sachet was added to the milk it needed a quick whisk and then had to be left for 5 minutes. I have made similar desserts before but they need a lot longer and need to be put in the fridge. The fact you can whip this up and then serve it almost immediately is amazing!

We all enjoyed it and better still it didn’t contain any form of soya so LJ was able to have a tiny amount (not too much of course as it is milky) and she loved it too! If you are looking for a quick and delicious dessert then this is just fab!
