Our Week Captured #05

What a week! I feel like I haven’t stopped and next week is only going to get busier! Hope you have had a good week too!

1- On the roundabout// 2- Carrying her new bear// 3- Playing dollies (stealing the bottle)// 4- Someone has discovered the stairs! // 5- Pushing her future hubby on the swing! // 6- Why have one when you can have a bunch?// 7- Mr and Dr Ranj// 8- New padder shoes from NCT// 9- Has my hair grown yet mummy?

Sunday– We went to Mr F’s Grandma’s to celebrate a few family birthdays. I always enjoy going as I get to sit and relax while everyone else plays with the girls! Ha!! We went for a lovely lunch out, I had a pulled pork burger mmmmmm.

Monday – We got out of the house pretty early and set off for the post office to post a few bits I have sold on eBay. We stopped off at the park on the way home and had fun on the roundabout. Not many parks have them anymore which is sad as it is my favourite bit about a park!

Tuesday– We went to town to meet my sister and dad for lunch. I’ve not seen him for 3 months so it was all a bit awkward. He bought the girls some lovely cuddly toys though so they were happy. I sat there in silence for most of the time, thank god for children being able to fill that silence.

Wednesday– Stayed at home feeling sorry for myself. I don’t think I achieved a single thing. Really need to snap out of it now.

Thursday– We went for a lovely nature walk with friends. I might write up the activity that we did as a separate post as it was good fun! G really enjoyed finding different leaves and flowers. There is a park at the end of the trail and she enjoyed playing with her ‘boyfriend’. Bless.

Friday– G is back at ballet now so an early start for us. She then went to my mums for the afternoon while I got ready for the MAD Blog Awards. I drove in the end as I couldn’t face the tubes at night, can’t say I ever want to drive to London ever again! Had a great night and will write about it asap.

Saturday– Volunteered at our local NCT sale and got some lovely bargains. Found a beautiful red dress for G to wear at Christmas or maybe for L’s 1st birthday party in December- it was only £2!!!

I am dreading next week- the teaching agency left a message on Friday asking me to ring first thing Monday to discuss work. I had secretly hoped they would never call!! Also got a busy week getting everything ready for G’s 3rd birthday party on Saturday. Not done a single thing towards it yet! Argh!!!!
