Want an easy way to strengthen your pelvic floor?

    A great reminder, I just had my little girl two weeks ago and its so difficult to keep the need for the exercise at the forefront of my mind, but its definitely important, I remember thinking the same as you that my pelvic floor was perfectly fine and then getting on a trampoline 6 months after having my son and wetting myself on the first jump-I was mortified!!!!! 🙂
