Something that really annoys me about advertising is that companies will often use younger more attractive models to show the product. Anti-wrinkle creams are one such example and you will often see young women claiming they are wrinkle free! Great!
I thought I would put the Lacura anti-wrinkle creams to the test by giving them to my mum for 2 weeks to see how it would fair on her older skin. I gave her the night cream, day cream and hand cream and told her to apply them daily for two weeks to see if there would be a change to her face and hands.
The results
After the two weeks I asked my mum how she got on, she was very impressed!
I love the handcream, it goes on as a cream and turns into almost a watery substance which absorbs so nicely into the skin.
She was so excited to show me the difference it made to her hands and so demonstrated the absorption and how her skin felt plumper afterwards.
She is a big fan of moisturisers and has always drummed into me the importance of looking after my skin. People are always amazed when she reveals her age as she looks 10 years younger than she really is!
She really liked the face creams and was once again impressed with how it sinks into the skin.
It was easy to use and such a lovely consistency! I have used up the pot and will be buying more!
I could notice a difference to her skin, she certainly looked more radiant than usual. I am hearing such good things about Argan Oil and will be investing in some myself as I want to keep my youthful complexion!
Oh and did I mention they are £2.99 at Aldi?
Do you moisturise daily?
We were sent the creams to try. All thoughts and words are my own or those of my mother.
