Siblings in January

As it is a new year I am starting up a few new linkys and this is one I am particularly looking forward to! I am joining in with the Siblings Photography project with Dear Beautiful, I am forever taking photos of my girls but I want to have a monthly record of how they change and grow together.

Baby L is now 1 and so is beginning to play alongside G which is lovely to watch. As she continues to grow I hope they will become the best of friends. Her first smiles, first giggles and first proper laugh were for her big sister and to this day she still finds her hilarious. She was desperate to walk and would watch with great interest while she was immobile. Now that she is walking she follows her around everywhere she goes and tries her best to join in. All in all Little G is very good, letting her play with her toys but every now and then she does get frustrated with the dribble and general destructiveness of her little sister.

I love these photos, they show a fun moment between them, messing about with a box lid as a hat. Little G will always try her best to include her sister in all of her games and L is more than happy to join in.
