My Weight Loss Journey – Week 9

I am on a mission to shift 3 stone and am using my blog (and you) as my motivation. Each week I will share losses (or gains) on the scales and will also be measuring myself to see whether I have lost any inches!

How was my week?

Week 9 already? Time is flying and I am actually on track which is amazing! It is all thanks to you lot, without having people to be accountable to I would most definitely have been eating more!

This week I have really lost my appetite and not been having proper meals. I have had a flu type bug and lost my sense of smell and this has made most foods taste bland and so nothing has really appealed. One thing I have been happily munching on are these yummy Weight Watchers Custard creams!

InstagramCapture_5a1d5fcf-89cc-4dde-b909-c0999d5260cdI was sent a few different options to try after Weight Watchers saw I was on my mission to lose weight. It is good to know you can treat yourself to something and not have to worry too much about the calories (each one is only 52 Kcals).

Weightwatches are offering you the chance to win a some biscuit goodies too! Simply fill out the Rafflecopter and if you win you can be eating yummy biscuits too!

REMINDER: You must enter all of the options to be in with a chance of winning.

Fantastic progress, well done! I definitely think it helps with weight loss when you do it in any kind of community (whether online or going to something like Weightwatchers) for that extra support. The biscuits sound yummy, I can also recommend their cake slices too!

I used to go to SW classes and the support was great. I love doing it this way though as I really feel accountable. x

A fab giveaway! I am a huge fan of the Weight Watchers marshmallow crisp things (can't remember the name) but they are 60ish calories each, ever so tasty and filling! I am totally there with you, if you feel ill it does put you off food but make sure you are keeping healthy! Sim #WeightLossWednesday xx

I saw your picture of those biscuits through the week and would love some. I have always loved their biscuit I love that they are in pack of two. Ginger and lemon are my favourite but they are getting so hard to find.
