I am on a mission to shift 3 stone and am using my blog (and you) as my motivation. Each week I will share losses (or gains) on the scales and will also be measuring myself to see whether I have lost any inches!

How was my week?
I can now remember why I was thinner before I became a stay at home mum! Last week I worked every day in a year 2 class and I barely ate! I had Weetabix for breakfast, chicken sandwiches for lunch and small portions for dinner! I was also on my feet for the majority of the time and I certainly feel thinner after it all!
I am really pleased with my weight loss so far and my only regret is switching from SW for those 2 weeks for the SlimFast challenge. Back on track now though thank goodness. Despite not eating much all week I haven’t been hungry at all so that’s good- plus my appetite is shrinking so that will be good in the long run.
I only lost 1 inch this week but actually I am noticing losses in areas that aren’t being measured. I saw myself on my 3 minute challenge video last week and my face is thinner and only a double chin now as opposed to a triple haha!!
