I knew exactly which photo I was going to choose for this week’s #MySundayPhoto. The past few weeks has seen every single one of us with one form of cough, cold or flu. This week has been Little G’s turn and it has really knocked her for six.
She always seems to have a cough, baby groups and school have meant we have never truly been free of germs. However, this week has seen her falling asleep in the middle of her lunch and generally being under the weather.
I had to pick her up early from pre-school on Thursday as she was shivering and burning up. I felt so awful for taking her in in the first place but she has missed so many days I didn’t want them to think I keep her off unnecessarily. Having to go pick her up made me feel worse though, I knew they would have been thinking I was silly for taking her in the first place.
This photo shows her curled up with her Easter bunny and Easter chick, her two favourite toys at the moment. Just love her to bits and hate to see her so poorly.
Do you kids get ill often or is it just mine that seem to be every 5 minutes?

Awww!! Bless her, I remember my youngest was the same until she was in year 1. She had to go to school to drop her sister off whereas, I wouldn't take the eldest anywhere if she was under the weather, but you can't do that with the smallest. Oh I hope she gets better soon! A lovely picture though x
