If you saw my photos the other day, you’ll know we’ve been making more time for each other. One of the things we have been doing is going on autumnal walks every weekend. It is so nice spending time together, enjoying nature and getting fresh air. The weather has been brilliant this autumn hasn’t it?
I have never owned a pair of walking boots – always wearing normal shoes or boots that either end up getting ruined or let water in! I do own a pair of wellies but I never find them particularly easy to walk in, I end up stomping along and never enjoy the walk.
The Original Muck Boot Company recently got in touch to see if I would like to try out a pair of their boots and I immediately fell in love with the Arctic Apres boots in blue. They match my winter coat perfectly and are perfect for splashing in muddy puddles with the girls!
They are so comfy and the fleece lining keeps my toes nice and warm on chilly days. I love that even the leather upper is waterproof, meaning they are practical and stylish too.
Aren’t they gorgeous? The quality is something Muck® Boot are renowned for so I know they will last me for years and years! Weekend walks have become a part of our routine now and these are now my favourite boots to wear. They have so many different styles and I actually have my eye on the Tremont Wellie as it is a gorgeous design and I know they will be just as comfy!

I love the boots you chose! I'm always out and about with our Hungarian Vizsla and that means I'm never out of muddy walking shoes or wellies. It's really hard to find the perfect pair. I've been looking for a pair of walking boots for the days when I don't want to 'stomp' around in my wellies, these look perfect! I'm off to have a browse.... x

These are lovely boots. I've just been looking for some walking boots just like these for the school run. They look really cosy and warm!
