Our house has been turned completely upside down, with renovations and new furniture taking over our living space. We have had a new bed delivered this week and that meant taking down our photo wall so they didn’t smash it to pieces with the mattress as they went up the stairs. As I put it back up on Friday I looked at all of the photos – most of them have been taken either through this photography project or through the Siblings project. It is so nice having a wall of memories spanning the last few years!
These monthly photos have become more than a blogging project – they have become a part of our family history. Every month without fail, for the last 3 years, we have taken photos of our little family and I love them. I don’t do it for anyone but us, for our photo wall of memories.
This month I wanted to try something different and in all honesty I failed. We watched We Bought A Zoo the other day and the main character was looking at photos of his family. He’d taken them from below, looking up, and I wanted to recreate something similar.
I definitely need to practice on my GoPro photography but that’s another set to add to our wall anyway!
