I have been wearing Wills since he was a newborn and I absolutely love it. More than that though, having a carrier is just a godsend when you have other children to think about. We started off with the We Made Me Wuti Wrap, keeping him snug to me on those cold school runs, but now we have moved on to their Pao Carrier.
There is a cross over in age range, with the Wuti Wrap being suitable from birth to around 9 months (or longer if you want) and the Pao Carrier from 4 months to 36 months. I don’t have the strongest back in the world so I moved him over to the carrier as soon as he was able to hold his head – I just felt more supported with the straps.
He loves being next to me, especially at the moment where he refuses to be put down, so it is great being able to pop him in knowing he will more than likely nod off to sleep within minutes!
It has been perfect for walks, meaning I don’t have to worry about manoeuvring a buggy or that he might get cold. It even has a little pull-out hood to keep him dry if it rains!
The only thing I haven’t done yet is to try him in different positions as he still likes to be able to look up at me. He is a nosey parker though so it won’t be long until I am trying the forward facing ‘doe-a-deer’ position (for 5-12 months), very similar to this but with him facing out to the world. There is also a third option, having him on my back (from 6 months). I have never carried any of mine on my back before so that will be a new experience entirely – I will have to share how I get on with that!
If you are looking to get a good quality infant carrier for your little one then the Pao is great! It is easy to put on and versatile too – they have even introduced a newborn insert so you can use it from birth if you wish! Perfect!

That's the first ever carrier I have seen with a hood! What a great idea. I've often wondered why ours doesn't have one as it's a royal pain when you get caught out! I am looking for a sling for carrying on my back as Kipper is a whopping 10.6kg and it's just too heavy on the front. Never heard of We Made Me before will have to check them out. Thank you :)

Awwww Wills looks so cute & snuggly in the Pao Carrier! I love the little hood, what a great idea. And his positioning looks very comfortable. It won't be long until he's forward facing! The time just flies by. x

He looks so happy and comfy in the carrier. I love baby wearing, I burn so many more calories which makes me happy as I feel most days I am just sat on my bottom all day!

I loved carrying Holly and she loved it too. I found it so much easier to take Alice to preschool with Holly tucked up safely. I've never seen one with a hood before, that is a great feature. I could have done with that, as on rainy days I would use the pushchair, but with this I wouldn't have needed to. He looks very snug and happy. x

It is the school run I use it most as sometimes it is quicker to pop him in the carrier than fiddle around getting the buggy in and out of the car. x

Babywearing is great, especially for refluxy clingy babies (like mine was). He looks comfy in it and it looks smart too.
