To my lovely LJ,
How are you two? Two!! I’ll be honest, you are still a baby to me and probably me babying you keeps you so- but that is ok with me and it is certainly ok by you. You are a huge big baby, crying at the drop of a hat every 5 minutes and still needing your dummy for bedtimes. But it is ok as I love you to the moon and back.
So let’s see, what do you like at the moment? You are obsessed with dolls for a start! You love putting your dollies in their cot and tucking them up tight. Then taking them out, throwing them on the floor to make the bed again. You will keep at that for about an hour quite happily, in out in out!
I tell you what, you are destined to be in show business that is for sure! As soon as any music comes on you jump to your feet and start wiggling. Your current favourites are the Christmas songs we have been playing and you badger Little G to come join you so you can dance in circles together- so sweet!
Another thing you love is 1-2-3 weeeeee! It doesn’t matter who you are with but you will grab their hands and start jumping to let them know what you want. You even try to get me and Little G to do it- of course I have to take all of your weight but you find it hilarious!
One of my favourite photos- you absolutely love the bath!!
You are a right bossy boots- I cannot think who you take after…..
Your favourite thing to eat in the whole world is sausages. Shame you have to have special ones as you are gluten intolerant but we get by. You still have your soy allergy but are now able to eat dairy which is totally amazing- who knew that you would be enjoying a Dairy Milk advent calendar this Christmas? Two years ago I certainly wouldn’t have thought it!! Let’s hope that the other problems will go soon too eh?
You are such a happy little girl, everyone says so. I am not sure I have ever seen such a smiley little girl, no matter what the circumstance you can raise a smile and always brighten my day. Two years ago we met for the first time and two years on you are just the biggest ray of sunshine in my life. I love you so so much I could burst!
You still aren’t talking, that day will come of course but you are definitely keeping us waiting. You are funny though as you do say a couple of words and those are so perfectly said. I think you are waiting until you can talk absolutely perfectly before you share your speech with us- that’s ok, your Aunty C was exactly the same. She waited until the day after her second birthday… maybe tomorrow will be your day….
That is all for now my gorgeous girl. Happy birthday to the best Christmas present I ever had.
Lots of love.
