Happy Days: Sunshine, Rainbows & Foxes

Welcome to HappyDays! The idea of this linky is to inspire others to make the best out of every day, to see the happy in the little things. As no matter what, there is always something good in every single day- we just need to take the time to see it. Share your happy posts, Sian and I love to read them!

This week has been so long, I think it is because I am surrounded by germs and have been stuck indoors for the most part. I am better but Mr F has been off most of the week and I kept Gracie off yesterday as she’d been awake most of the night coughing. Lils is always ill so no change there but Wills has also been a little off colour so I have been trying to hold them all together and that is exhausting!

Mr F doesn’t know how I am able to keep going when I am not 100% myself but you just do don’t you? There is nobody else, so I have to carry on no matter what.

What has made my happy list this week?

– A new theme. It has taken hours and hours of work but I have finally finished my new layout and I am really happy with it. Hopefully it is easy to navigate – if you have any feedback I’d love to hear!

– Sunshine. There has been actual warmth this week. Granted it has been absolutely freezing at the same time but it is preparing for spring isn’t it? Lighter mornings too, hurrah!

– Rainbows. Gracie started Rainbows on Monday and she loved it. I can’t remember if I mentioned but Lils started ballet last week and also loved it. Both my girls are so grown up now!!

– Life lately. I started a new series on my blog. I felt as though I never really write updates besides my Happy Days and obviously these are just the highlights. So I am going to write monthly Life Lately posts to share a bit more.

– A new car. Not for me but for Mr F. We had a very frightening moment last week when the brakes failed on his old car. It was declared a death trap and so we had to go find a new one. We found an absolute bargain of a car so he is now safe on the roads again. Phew!

– Hampers. I received the most gorgeous hamper from Tesco – I think I will do a vlog about it all as it is from their Baby Event – get down if you have a Tesco near you as they have some amazing stuff at the moment!

– IKEA. Hands up who loves it too? I spent a small fortune but had such a lovely day out with my friend our girls. Poor Gracie stayed home with Mr F but they had fun watching dvds snuggled up all germy on the sofa.

– Foxes. One of my purchases were these adorable foxes (photo above) – one for me and one for Wills. I absolutely love them!!

I barely took any photos again – I really need to get back in the habit or else I’ll never remember anything!!

Have a great weekend!

Ooooh, I love foxes at the moment too - in fact, I have a weird obsession about all woodland creatures ;) and yes, IKEA is very much a dangerous place, you just wander around and pick up things you don't actual need. After all, how many wooden spoons or bag clips can one family need? Hope you all feel better soon too xx #HappyDaysLinky

Ah we had a good old impromptu trip to IKEA this week, can't beat it! It was so busy though which made it seriously stressful! Wills has just the most beautiful blue eyes! xx
