Happy Days: Getting Out & About Again

Happy Saturday! 

I think I am going to stick to writing a gratitude list for now. I am writing this in a bit of a rush as I’ve been busy Marie Kondo-ing my house today as well as looking after a poorly Little G – I tell you these germs do not want to leave!!

So what am I thankful for this week?

• Having a lovely time at the cinema for toddler club.  £1 a ticket is a total bargain and we saw Inside Out– such a great film!

• Saying yes to going on a snow hunt and having the best time with Little G.

• Finding new joy in tidying after reading Marie Kondo’s The Life-Changing Magic Of Tidying. Honestly my sock drawer is a thing of beauty!

• Having fun at home with LJ while Little G is at school. She is a total nut!

• Secured the highest fee for a post since starting my blog- an awesome feeling.

• All the lovely photos being shared in our #MyHappyCapture community on IG. Thank you so much to everyone who has joined in so far.

• Went to a lovely event in London- will share more soon.

• Caught up with a friend that I have not seen in ages!

• Heard the BEST BEST news that one of my friends is expecting a baby, just so thrilled for her!

Writing it all down makes me realise how blessed I am and I really must learn to appreciate the little things more. I have been totally hibernating recently after being ill but getting out to London the other day showed me I can get out and enjoy myself.
