Getting Out of the House

I am joining in with Point & Shoot, a lovely photography based project by Aby and Em. The idea is to find a photo (or a few) that captures a moment from your weekend.

We seem to have been cooped up for so long feeling poorly the past few weekends- it has been driving us potty! So this weekend we wrapped up warm and popped into town to go to the market.

We are so lucky to live in an old English market town- it is always full of life! I love the hustle and bustle as the people go about their day. We are also lucky to have the river Hiz running straight through the town, the girls love to go visit the ducks. Makes me long for the warmer months so we can go and have picnics there.

I know exactly what you mean about being cooped up - exactly why we trundled down to the park ourselves, something to blow away all the colds and bugs (didn't work though!) xxx

Lovely photos. We have a national trust property within walking distance to us and that also has a large duck pond. We always try and save some bread for them.
