A couple of weeks ago I got an exciting email from the people at Geronimo Festival, asking whether we would like to be Ambassadors for the event. One quick look at the video from last year’s event and I knew it would be right up our street!

So what is Geronimo?
Geronimo is a festival aimed at children 13 and under and boasts a huge selection of activities and acts- many of your children’s favourite tv personalities.
It is happening in two locations, at the original venue of Tatton Park in Cheshire (29th – 30th May) and at the new venue of Harewood Park near Leeds (1st – 2nd May). You can get either a day pass or a 2 day pass so you can enjoy the festival at your own pace.
What can I expect to see?
The line up is looking amazing. I know Little G is going to go nuts when she finds out Mr Bloom is going to be there! The great thing about your ticket is the fact that all activities are included so you can play some garden games with Mr Bloom and hear some veggie stories!
They have recently announced that Justin will be there as the headline act- I know LJ will be front of the crowd to see him!! Although it is worth noting he will only be there for one day at each festival – Sunday 29th May at Tatton Park and 1st May at Harewood House.
Mums everywhere will be pleased to hear that Andy Day is going to be there, performing his Dino Rap show!
For the older kids there is an Adrenaline Zone where they can zip line and climb trees!
The Funky Junk Zone sounds right up our street with face painting and hair braiding- the fairy making workshops sound really sweet too! And Boomchikkaboom sounds great for the whole family with music to get everyone up on their feet!
The whole event just sounds like it is going to be fun from beginning to end and I absolutely cannot wait for May to roll around. We will be going to the Tatton Park venue as it it only a couple of hours from us.

That sounds absolutely fantastic for kids of the right age. Sadly, the Tubblet is that little bit too old. Enjoy the festival!
