You Deserve to Feel Good in your Underwear

Did your mum ever tell you to make sure you always wear your best undies in case you get run over? Maybe it was just mine…. Anyway, I have let myself down in this department since having children- think Bridget Jones! Enough is enough though and I am now going to make sure that I take care in all areas of my wardrobe!

When choosing underwear this is my criteria:

• Be comfortable. I want to be able to put on my underwear and forget that I have it on. I definitely do not want it to be riding up or digging in. It should be like a second skin!
• Look good under clothes. Nobody likes V.P.L. do they? Underwear should lie flat against your body so that it doesn’t show up under leggings or tight tops.
• Make me feel good about myself. This is so important- you want to look in the mirror and feel happy with your body. A great pair of undies can make such a difference!
