We have made a big deal about Christmas Eve for the last few years, it is when our elves go back to the North Pole and when we ready the house for Santa’s arrival. I always put together boxes for the girls every year, filled with lots of goodies to make the day special. This year The White Company wanted to get involved too and sent us some goodies for Wills from their children’s Christmas shop.
What is in his box?
The girls will have extra bits and bobs like sweets and DVDs in their boxes but Wills has all of the essentials in his Night Before Christmas Kit.
Every good girl and boy needs a stocking to hang up and baby Wills is no different. Isn’t this one gorgeous?
They also sent some beautiful pyjamas in the softest cotton – he is going to look absolutely adorable. The girls have white pyjamas to wear too so the three of them will look so cute and it will definitely be a photo opportunity!
This little penguin decoration is going to add to our memory tree. All of the decorations on our tree mean something – this one will commemorate Will’s arrival to our family.
The story of A Christmas Wish is a really lovely story, it tells the tale of how Snowy Penguin and Lumi Polar Bear became best friends. I can’t wait to read it to them all.
Pair of Slippers
I get the girls new slippers every Christmas and am so excited for Wills to wear his first pair. Aren’t they the cutest? They are so soft, I love them!
A Special Envelope
This will be shared between the three of them and something that will be brought out year after year. It is a little envelope for them to place a note for Santa inside, isn’t that lovely? We have never left him a note before but I think it is a great idea, he will love to see their letters each year I’m sure.
Wills won’t fully appreciate his box this year but besides the pyjamas and slippers, we will be able to bring out his gifts year after year and they will form a part of his Christmas traditions, bringing a smile to his face every time he sees them.
Not long to go now, I need to finish up the girls’ boxes and then we will be all set for a wonderful night before Christmas!
Do you make Christmas Eve boxes too?
