My Captured Moment #02

I am linking up with the lovely Heledd from Running in Lavender for her new linky ‘My Captured Moment‘. The idea is to link up new or old photos that capture a moment you don’t want to forget! Since I am joining in a few photography linkys this year I am going to use this opportunity to link up old photos.

This photo of the 3 of us was taken in 2012 during the Queen’s Jubilee weekend. Little G was wearing a red cardigan with Union Flag bows on it and also a really cute t-shirt with corgies on which said ‘I am off to London to have tea with the Queen’. She looks so different here, she was 9 months old- I don’t remember her being so small!

We lived in St Albans at the time, there was music and a street party with lots of foods to try. We hadn’t planned on doing anything to celebrate the occasion but after watching everyone else having fun on the tv I suddenly felt very patriotic and so dragged G and Mr F down in the rain! Thankfully the sun came out and we had a lovely time!
