I am a BRITAX Mumbassador!

I have always been safety conscious, especially when in a car. From an early age I felt the need to be strapped in as soon as I sat in a car- moving or not. I keep my eyes on the road at all times, even as a passenger and as a driver I am very aware of everything that is around me.

From the moment I brought my precious baby home from the hospital my safety concerns were amplified. Was she strapped in? Was her car seat the best for her size? As she has grown we have been faced with more worries- at what age can she move into the next stage seat? This all depends on size, weight and age and can be a bit confusing as a new parent.

In the last few months the media has been flooded with reports telling us how children should be in rear facing car seats until they are 4. This has caused me many sleepless nights as we opted for a forward facing seat with Little G and she has been in it since she was 11 months old- far too early and being only 3 she is still under the advised age limit.

Baby L is 13 months and will soon be needing a new car seat, this time I do not intend to make the same mistake. Their safety is of utmost importance to me and they deserve nothing but the best!
