Aldi Special Buys | Mothers Day 2017 - What Katy Said

Aldi Special Buys | Mothers Day 2017

I love a bargain and the Aldi special buys are one of my favourite things to keep an eye out for! We are regular customers in their baby & toddler events but I have never been along to a Mothers Day event. The girls are getting to an age where they are aware of gift giving and if they are to rely on their dad to take them shopping then they’ll be waiting a long time! So, we took ourselves off down to the event yesterday to see what they had.

I think the girls are going to go down the same route as I went down with my mum and buy me cuddly toys for every birthday and mothers day. I don’t even mind as I love cuddly toys.

There is a great selection on offer, with handbags, candles and some great skincare. I have been a fan of the Lacura skincare range for a few years now and I remembered that my mum had wanted to try it when I first told her about it. So, I picked up a Lacura Caviar Illumination Gift Set for her – she is going to be thrilled!

I love stationary so this set really caught my eye – a girl can never have too much stationary can they?

This facial set also caught my attention, my skincare routine is so important to me and I love nothing more than a good scrub. It comes with a wrinkle reducer head so that is a win! Something I also really liked was the fact it comes with batteries – nothing worse than getting a present that comes without!

Here are a few more of the brilliant Aldi Special Buys you’ll find in store and online right now!

Great aren’t they? I want that wine glass – it pretty much sums up my Friday evenings! There is so much more  and I am sure everything will fly off the shelves, so get yourself down there quick! The event started Thursday (16th March) and will run as long as stocks last. Happy shopping!

This post is written in collaboration with Aldi but all thoughts and words are my own.
