Welcome to HappyDays! The idea of this linky is to inspire others to make the best out of every day, to see the happy in the little things. As no matter what, there is always something good in every single day- we just need to take the time to see it.
Do you know what, reaching out and telling people you feel a bit naff is totally the way forward. I reached out to a few groups and feel so much better! I will admit though, I am still in a bit of a slump when it comes to my blog but in terms of feeling a little less alone in this world I am feeling so much brighter.
Before I write my list I just want to say thank you to Lucy for helping me the last few weeks. I have been mega busy so having her to help RT and comment has been such a help. Thank you Lucy!!! Sian will be back with us soon – but as you can imagine she is a little busy right now haha!
So what has made me happy this week?
– My rainbow. Gracie went away all weekend to Rainbow camp – good lord I missed her but she made me so proud. She loved every minute and cannot wait to get her badge!
– Polling day. Gracie’s school was closed for the day but Lils still had to go in. Now hers is optional of course being pre-school but I kept her in and spent the day with my biggest girlie. I am so glad I did as it was so so nice being just the two of us.
– Decluttering. I had such lovely feedback on my video – it seems I am not the only one to be a little fed up of the tidying videos that show someone tidying an already tidy home. I can assure you my house is a tip so if you need to see a real home being tidied then pop on over!
– More movies. I have watched more movies this week – I should really start writing the names down to share with you but Netflix do have some gooduns at the moment. Our subscription is set to renew soon and I am definitely signing up for another year!
– Lighter evenings. It is so nice to have a little bit more light in our days isn’t it? I cannot wait for the temperature to warm up a bit so I can sit out on the patio of an evening.
This week has felt really short with the bank holiday and polling day. I feel like I have finally turned a corner though and am feeling much better about things. Something I have vowed to do going forward is to become more social on social media. So if you don’t follow my Facebook Page, Instagram account or Twitter account then make sure you add me as I am planning on being much more active on all three!
Hope you’ve had a good week!

Totally agree with you about the lighter evenings and waiting for it to warm up (imagining being sat out on the patio with my book and a glass of white win...) #happydayslinky

So happy that you are feeling more positive. It's amazing the difference it can make reaching out to people. I seriously need to declutter, I've made a start, but somehow things never feel tidier! Will check out your video! x #HappyDaysLinky

Sounds like you had a lovely week. I love when I get time to spend with just one of my children. It doesn't happen very often and therefore makes it even more special. No fighting for my attention x

Wow, well done Gracie. Glad she had such a good time. My house is in serious need of a declutter but I just never know where to begin, it will be nice to see a normal home being decluttered for once, I'll have to pop over for a look later x #HappyDaysLinky
