This week has been a funny one hasn’t it? Tropical weather indeed with monsoon-like rain and heatwaves! You can all blame me for the colder spells as I was cursing the heat- sorry!! It was lovely in the day but my goodness, so hot in the nights. If I’d written this on Wednesday I would have said the week was dragging but now, on Friday night I cannot quite believe that it is the weekend- hurrah!
So what is on my happy list this week?
– Baby cuddles. I met my cousin’s baby for the first time this week and she was soooooo teeny! She was the same weight as LJ was when born and I couldn’t quite believe it as LJ always seemed so huge.
– Fun at the fair. A mum at school told us the fair was on and for only £1 a ride, so we went for dinner and then skipped down the road to the fair. Both girls loved it until the rollercoaster when LJ had an almighty screaming fit. Obviously not a fan haha!!
– Icecream sundaes. We discovered a new-to-us place nearby that sells THE most delicious icecream. I will most definitely be going back on hotter days!
– A tidy house. If you haven’t read my post about KonMari then hurry up and jump on the bandwagon. It is so nice to wake up to a tidy home every day.
– Baby clothes. My cousin gave me 3 big bin bags full of baby + toddler clothes that she doesn’t need any more. Everything is gorgeous and I am just so excited to have a little boy to dress up.

I'd love to wake up to a tidy home every day so I'm going to have a read! That's so sweet not only have you had baby cuddles but you've been able to root through lots of baby boy clothes, I really cherished when people gave us bundles of clothes it's such a kind gesture and it makes it so exciting! X
