A few weeks ago I received a very exciting email indeed. I had been ranked in the top 10 of the best Baby & Toddler Blogs in the UK! How fab is that? Not only do I get to show off a badge in my sidebar but it means that for each month I am listed in the top 10, I get to be on the Aldi Mamia Parent Panel. This means I get to try out some of their Mamia range and let you know what I think of it all. I received a lovely hamper of goodies, with bubble bath, shampoo, nappies, wipes and nappy sacks- everything you need for your baby.
I am mostly using cloth nappies during the day with Wills, but at night I prefer to use disposables as they just keep his little bottom dry. He is quite a fussy baby and hates to be wet, so I was interested to see how well these would fair.
We have tried a few brands and I have to say, I had been thinking that we’d have to go up to a size 3 as he had been waking up drenched each morning. The Mamia nappies are super absorbent though and have lasted from 10pm to 7am every single time.
Wills really enjoys bath time, always relaxing in his seat while the girls splash him, trying to make him smile. We have been trying out the bubble bath and I love that it smells just like those little Parma Violets sweets from my childhood.
The shampoo has really helped his cradle cap which is great, his head had been covered the last few weeks and it drives me mad! The girls have their bath after him and we use the bubble bath and shampoo for them too. They both hate having their hair washed so it is very important to me that the shampoo is kind to their eyes – so far so good!
I am really impressed by the whole range, everything is kind to his skin and is great value for money so that is brilliant too!
