Make Icecream without A Machine - Just 2 Ingredients

Recipe Box: Delicious 2 Ingredient Ice Cream

Now that the weather is warming up, I am looking towards summer. I absolutely cannot wait for sunnier days, having the patio doors wide open with the girls playing out in the garden.

Now, when you think of summer what comes to mind? I can tell you what I look forward to the most… ice cream!! Yum!! The sound of the ice cream van tinkling through the streets brings back happy memories of summer days as a child.

Unfortunately ice creams do not cost 99p these days so I thought it would be fun to make our own ice cream. I have THE best recipe to share with you, one that you will use over and over again!!

Make your own icecream at home using two ingredients, so easy and perfect for summer

What are the ingredients you need?

– Condensed milk

– Double cream

… and that is it!!!!

Don’t believe me? Take a look at this video and you will see that is truly is that easy!

How do I make it?

Pour in the condensed milk with the double cream. Whisk until the mixture forms soft peaks. Leave it as it is or add in whichever flavour you like. We added crushed Maltesers to ours but we have used Mini Eggs before – you can add anything you like!

Love this! Will be trying this recipe out! We sometimes have trouble with ice creams as some contain egg which Pops is allergic but it is great to have a good home made recipe, especially one that looks this easy! x
