This time last year we went to a carnival in Luton, it was so colourful and happy, I had never been to anything like it before. Little L was in a sling and Little G sat on her daddy’s shoulders so she could see all of the colourful displays.
I want to go again this year and take better photos with my new camera, but for now this is my memory of the day- a little girl, happily waving her free flag while sitting on her hero’s shoulders.

By the way-keep meaning to tell you, your blog has my favourite blog name. I was a big fan of the ‘what Katy did’ books and so I love the pun and also my sister’s name is Katie but with an 'i e' even though she always wished it was a with a ‘y’ and I always wished mine was Amy with an ‘i e’ lol!! xxx
