I love having long hair, I have cut it short so many times and always end up regretting it. Long hair is so versatile, it can be down, straight or curly, it can be up in a bun, in a plait, in a pony. You name it you can do it with long hair!
The one problem I have though is the longer my hair gets the heavier it gets, meaning it hangs and makes my face look longer than it already is! I love the idea of adding volume to my hair but do not have the time, skill or patience to sit and make that happen!
A few weeks ago I was invited along to a blogger event in London run by Hot Hair. They are a British based company who have been creating hair pieces and wigs for 15 years. Their aim is to help every woman have fabulous hair!
I was invited to try all of their products and as soon as they put the ‘uplift’ piece in my hair I knew it was the one for me. It is so easy to clip in and immediately adds volume. Perfect for a busy mum!
The pieces themselves are really well made and the hair looks so real. They have lots of different shades so you can find the perfect match for your hair colour- mine is exactly the right colour for me and you cannot even tell I have it in!
I have been wearing it every day and even have it in for my new profile pictures on my blog and across my social media accounts.
We were also given a goodie bag to take home, full of great products- I have been pampering myself ever since! A big thank you to all the brands involved, it was a great event! I will be writing more about the products separately as there are so many fab ones!
One brand I will mention specifically though is Cloudberry Bags– I was lucky enough to win one of their fabulous bags at the event. It was the last prize to be given out and I didn’t think I was going to win anything and then my name was called out!!
Isn’t it lovely? I have been using it ever since and had so many lovely comments!
