Autumn is here and that means hot chocolates, crunchy leaves under foot and all the cosy cardigans and jumpers. There’s nothing more enjoyable than snuggling up in something cosy for a walk in the countryside or on the sofa for a night in watching a movie.

Cotton Traders have launched a new knitwear collection this autumn as well as collaborating with Alex Jones for a fab autumn edit and everything is gorgeous.

There is so much to choose from, from crew neck jumpers to longline cable knit cardigans and all with the quality and style you would expect from Cotton Traders.

I chose the Callie Crochet Sleeve Jumper and I absolutely adore it! The detail on the crochet sleeves really adds something special to an outfit. It is perfect for wearing on the school run but would also work just as well for a lunch out.

Either way it is comfortable, soft and a nice length – not too short compared to many other jumpers you find elsewhere.

Cotton Traders x Alex Jones autumn edit

Alex loves to spend her weekends in relaxed mode. Whether that’s chilling at home or enjoying long country walks with family and friends.

Alex Jones is definitely someone that has great style, always looking well put together in classic pieces that everyone should have in their wardrobes. She is one of the latest brand ambassadors for Cotton Traders and has put together her favourite pieces to inspire us this autumn.

The great thing about Cotton Traders is that their pieces all compliment each other and can help you put together a capsule wardrobe filled with quality and style.

I chose the 70’s inspired Longline Cable Cardigan and I have been wearing it all the time! It goes with everything in my wardrobe and is perfect to throw over an outfit when it gets a bit chilly.

It is super soft and the perfect thickness to keep you warm, without being too heavy or bulky. Wear it with jeans, tie it with a belt or throw it over a dress – it will look great with everything!
