My May Bucket List Update

Wow, May already! I cannot believe how fast time is flying!! This month brings my bloggy birthday which is very exciting- 1 whole year of blogging!! Last month I wrote a bucket list specifically for April and if you look back we actually did really well! It was my first month joining in with the bucket list linky hosted by the lovely Beth and I noticed a few other bloggers doing it a different way. I really like it so am going to switch to their way.

So, instead of a monthly bucket list it will be a yearly list and each month I will share how we have got on, it will be a great way of documenting our year and the memories we make along the way.

Here is my yearly wish list, some things are crossed off already as we did them in April. Always nice to start off with a list with some things already done- makes you feel productive!

2015 bucket list ideas May

4. Plant flowers in the garden. Our garden was so bare when we moved in, now there are so many pretty flowers. Still a few needed but it is much nicer looking out to beautiful flowers than concrete!

7. Go to the farm. We had such a lovely day out a couple of weeks ago, both girls loved touching the animals- such a hands on experience!

8. We bake once a week now and they LOVE it! Wednesday we had great fun baking for charity.

13. Have an Easter egg hunt. Hurrah for family who managed to arrange one as I had forgotten!!

14. Have an indoor picnic. We have had a couple now as well as some great outdoor picnics in the sunshine. Something so fun about eating on the floor- not to mention the cocktail sausages… yum!

19. Craft more. We have started a weekly themed week series, showing the activities we get up to around a theme. So far we have done under the sea, fairytales and pirates!

So all in all a great month! Having a list makes me focused and driven to get things done that I would ordinarily put off over and over again!

Come back next month to see how we get on!

You have done so well! I absolutely love the shot of them baking! I'm really excited for when my girls get a little bigger to help out. We have started sorting the garden a little bit & it's lovely to see it blooming. Picnics are so much fun especially with no crumbs indoor hurrah!! Thanks so much for linking up lovely xxx

Haha yes no crumbs is always a winner. Haven't had any picnics recently as the weather has turned miserable again! Boo!

Great idea to do a yearly list! I have a bucketlist that I've had a few years but I keep adding extra things onto it, it is nice ticking them off, especially when it's something you've wanted to do for a long time :)
