We are once again joining in with the great Tuff Spot A to Z Blog Hop hosted by Emma over at Adventures of Adam. If you haven’t been over to have a look at the other letters then go check out the great activities- and of course our J is for Jelly post!
Today is T…. is for trains! The activity is self explanatory but I wanted to show how versatile the tuff spot is. Even activities that you may usually do on the floor can be contained within the tuff spot – great for keeping smaller bits and bobs safe in the garden!
I also wanted to show you that a tuff spot is great when elevated. We placed ours on top of our pouf (sofa footrest) and it was the perfect height for the girls to be able to walk around, moving the trains around the track.
We love our Brio railway, I got it from ebay for a fraction of the price you would pay for a new set. Children love it so I know it will be used for years to come!
My favourite part is building the track so I am always happy to play! The girls then take over, chugging the trains along!
So there we have it, yet another use for your tuff spot tray. If you want to buy yourself a tuff spot then Emma has kindly compiled a list of various distributors around the world. For more inspiration make sure you keep a look out for #TuffSpotAtoZChallenge on Twitter daily and also take a look at this handy list of activities!
What do you use your tuff spot for?
