Graco Milestone All-In-One Car Seat | Review

This year, I have been working with Graco to bring you the latest in pushchairs and car seats from their range. The final product I’ve been testing out has been the Milestone All-In-One car seat and it is just brilliant!

The biggest thing I look for when buying a car seat is the value for money, in terms of how long it will last for that child. The Milestone lasts from birth all the way up to 12 years!

12 whole years – now that’s what I call value!!

It starts off as a rear-facing, harnessed infant car seat (Group 0+ / 0-13kg) which will take you from birth to 13kg (which for us has always been around 3 years old).

You can then turn it around, to become a forward-facing, harnessed car seat (Group 1 / 9-18kg) which is what we have been using it for with Lils at almost 4 years old (Wills is still in his SnugRide i-Size). The headrest and harness adjust together which is great, it literally takes seconds to adjust to fit their height.

Finally, it converts to a highback, belted booster seat (Group 2-3 / 15-36kg) which is on average around 5-6 years old. It is so easy to adjust, with a 10 position headrest to grow with them until they are 12 years old.

The fact that it grows with your child, saving you from buying car seat after car seat, is an absolute godsend! Graco is renowned for offering solutions for the real world of parenting – and the Milestone certainly does that!

One of my favourite features of the Graco SnugRide is the fact that it has so many recline options and the Milestone has the same handy system. It has 2 positions in rear-facing…

And 2 for forward facing too – perfect for long car journeys when they fall asleep.

With children who love to drop food on long journeys, I love that the seat pad is washable and that it can be removed without removing the harness. The seat comes with other inserts too, to keep little ones snug and secure.

It also comes with a handy cup holder, although with 3 seats in a row we aren’t able to use it unfortunately.

Of course, as always, Graco has safety at its core and the seat has side impact protection in the headrest and a durable, steel reinforced frame built into the seat.

There are also rear and forward facing belt lock off guides to ensure that the seat is fitted securely and safely in your car at all times.

All in all, a brilliant seat and one that will keep my children safe and comfortable for years to come.
