Quick Craft: Baubles for the Kids

There is nothing Little G loves more than a bit of crafting, Christmas time is no different! We were invited to join in with a #minionsxmas competition and were sent a bundle of goodies to help take part. It is all part of the celebrations for the launch of the Minion Movie- have you seen it yet?

I do love a challenge but most of all I knew it would be right up Little G’s street.

First of all we painted the minions yellow, Little G was fine doing hers on her own but LJ needed a little support.

Once we had painted the base, we left them to dry for a bit. Then it was time to paint on the details!

Little G’s is in the centre there, LJ’s are at the back (believe me they are best left there…).

We had so much fun making them together and they will go in our tree for years to come. They will add to the story of our Christmas tree and be something we look back on with smiles! My mum still has ornaments on her tree that I made as a child and I just think that is so special.

Wish us luck with the competition- we may well need it! Haha!
