Want an easy way to strengthen your pelvic floor?

People don’t talk about it. They don’t tell you that the problem is real. And you only find out when there is nothing you can do about it.

Your pelvic floor is shot to pieces, and sneezing, coughing, lunging, jumping… all cause an embarrassing problem.

Who’s with me?

Well, I actually thought my pelvic was fine until a few months ago, but starting aerobics let me know in no uncertain terms that it really wasn’t.

I was horrified! I am young – I don’t want to be wearing protection the rest of my life! But I am also forgetful so knew that I was never going to do anything about it – even 5 minutes a day seemed too much. But the idea of embarrassing leaks was just that… embarrassing.

Why do we need a strong pelvic floor?

We need our pelvic floor muscles to be strong so that we have control over our bladders and bowels. Weakened pelvic floor muscles mean the internal organs are not fully supported and well, we know what happens then. They are also important for sexual function in both men and women, and in women, they provide support for the baby during pregnancy and assist in the birthing process. Ignoring those kegel exercises can mean more than a little leak and need to be kept strong!

Is there an easy way to fix it?

Thankfully, as if by some miracle, I discovered an amazing device that promised to fix my weak floor – something that meant I didn’t have to resign myself to a life of embarrassing moments. I wanted to be able to jump up and down on the trampoline with my kids, laugh hysterically and sneeze without fear.

A few months ago I introduced you to INNOVO®, an external pelvic strengthening device that sends pulses through 180 stimulators to lift your pelvic floor, toning it up without you having to put in any of the hard work.

I promised I would let you know how I got on and let you know if it delivered on that promise…

I have been wearing the bicycle-style pads for half an hour every evening, being able to sit back and relax while they do the hard work. No more having to concentrate on lifting my floor up and down or remembering to do it at all – it is all done for me!

12 weeks into the program and I have seen such a difference. I did have my doubts that it would work, that it wouldn’t be able to undo the damage from zero kegel exercises and three pregnancies.

But, It has worked and I am now able to enjoy aerobics without worrying that I’ll have to dash to the toilet! My pelvic floor is stronger in that it supports my bladder but it is also stronger in that it can work to a higher setting on the program.

For an external device, it has done wonders for my internal workings and has left me free to enjoy my life again.

Having children has changed my body in so many ways but I have learned to love it again, with all its stretch-marks and wobbles. But I don’t have to love my weak pelvic floor, that is one part of my body I was not prepared to embrace. I have made a positive change and I am so happy!

If you are suffering from stress incontinence due to a weak pelvic floor and just don’t have the time or memory to remember to do kegel exercises, then give INNOVO® a try. It has changed the way I live my life and given my pelvic floor the strength to be confident in any activity I choose to do.

You can buy your INNOVO® from www.restorethefloor.com for £249 or with 6 instalments of £41.50 which is great! And if you’re still not convinced – click here and scroll down to work out how much pads cost per year! Scale that up for the rest of your life and you are looking at thousands!!

I was gifted the INNOVO® but all thoughts and words are my own.

  1. A great reminder, I just had my little girl two weeks ago and its so difficult to keep the need for the exercise at the forefront of my mind, but its definitely important, I remember thinking the same as you that my pelvic floor was perfectly fine and then getting on a trampoline 6 months after having my son and wetting myself on the first jump-I was mortified!!!!! 🙂
