I am on a mission to shift 3 stone and am using my blog (and you) as my motivation. Each week I will share losses (or gains) on the scales and will also be measuring myself to see whether I have lost any inches!
Weight lost= -1
(Total loss = 8lbs)
Inches lost (over 7 measurements) = -3
(Total loss = 22″)
How did I do it?
I have been so nervous for this week after not losing anything. I know I lost inches but it is always nice to see the scales going down too isn’t it? This week I have been feeling really good when I look in the mirror, I can see a real difference around my hips- less lumps and bumps. I have also noticed a difference around my collarbone and have been embracing the summer tops in this weather!
I have managed to go on runs this week which I am really pleased about. Mr F has still been home late but the nights are so light now it hasn’t made a difference. I did go on a morning run on Easter Monday- wow that was hard! I am definitely not a morning run kinda gal!
Eating wise I have let myself down, we had a picnic on Saturday and I had hula hoops and a mars cake bar. And we definitely won’t mention the McDonalds on the way home….. But as much as I am annoyed at myself I am not going to deprive myself as that will make me want the food even more. Although after having it I had such an upset tummy I am not in a hurry to repeat that experience!
